What dumpster sizes do you offer?
We offer one size: an 8-yard dumpster. This keeps pricing simple and works well for most residential cleanouts and small cleanup projects.
What is included in the $275 rate?
$275 includes one 8-yard dumpster, up to 7 rental days, driveway protection, and up to 3,000 lbs of accepted material.
What is the weight limit?
You can place up to 3,000 lbs of material in the dumpster. That limit applies to the contents you load, not the weight of the dumpster itself.
What materials are not allowed?
We do not accept dirt, rock, concrete, roofing material, hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, liquids, tires, batteries, flammable materials, or other unsafe or restricted waste.
What if I need extra days?
Additional days are $20 per day.
Can I put mattresses or appliances in the dumpster?
No. Mattresses, box springs, and appliances are not permitted in our dumpsters.
What if my project is too big?
Our 8-yard dumpster holds roughly four pickup-truck loads. If you think you have substantially more than that or unusually heavy material, call or text before booking so we can tell you whether the dumpster is a good fit.

Agreement
By requesting a dumpster from Haul Away Dumpster Rentals, the customer agrees to the following rental terms.
Payment
Payment is due upon delivery of the dumpster unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. The dumpster will not be considered rented or available for use until payment has been received.
Standard Rental
The standard rental includes one 8-yard dumpster for up to 7 rental days. The maximum allowed load weight is 1.5 tons (3,000 lb). Driveway protection is included for normal driveway placements.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Rental days beyond the included 7 days: $20 per day
- Travel outside our standard delivery area
- Mountain town or difficult-access deliveries
- Prohibited items, improper loading, or extra handling
Weight Limit
The maximum allowed weight is 1.5 tons (3,000 lb). This is a hard operating limit. Loads that appear overweight or cannot be safely transported may require material to be removed before pickup. Additional trip, handling, or delay charges may apply when an overweight or unsafe load prevents normal pickup.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted in dumpsters:
- Rock
- Dirt
- Concrete
- Roofing material
- Hazardous waste
- Paint
- Chemicals
- Tires
- Batteries
- Mattresses and box springs
- Appliances
- Liquids
- Flammable or explosive materials
If prohibited items are placed in the dumpster, additional disposal, handling, or return-trip charges may apply and pickup may be refused until the prohibited items are removed.
Loading Rules
The dumpster must not be filled above the top edge or fill line. Material must stay inside the dumpster and be safely contained for transport. Overloaded or unsafe loads may need to be corrected before pickup and may result in additional charges.
Delivery & Pickup Access
The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for delivery and pickup. This includes enough space for the truck and dumpster, clear access, and permission to place the dumpster at the requested location.
If we are unable to deliver or pick up the dumpster because of blocked access, unsafe conditions, locked gates, vehicles, low-hanging branches, narrow access, soft ground, or other site issues, additional trip fees may apply.
Driveways & Property Surfaces
Haul Away Dumpster Rentals takes reasonable care during delivery and pickup. However, the customer is responsible for choosing the dumpster placement location and understands that driveways, asphalt, concrete, pavers, landscaping, lawns, gravel, and other surfaces may be affected by the weight of the dumpster, truck, or loaded materials.
Rental Period
The standard rental period is 7 days. If the customer needs additional time, they should contact Haul Away Dumpster Rentals before the scheduled pickup date. Additional days are billed at $20 per day.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply if the truck is already en route or if a delivery attempt has been made.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the contents of the dumpster while it is at their location. The customer agrees not to move the dumpster, overload it, place prohibited materials inside it, or allow others to misuse it.
Acceptance
By submitting a request, accepting delivery, or using the dumpster, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for payment, proper loading, site access, and any additional charges that may apply.
