What dumpster sizes do you offer?
We offer one size: an 8-yard dumpster. This keeps pricing simple and works well for most residential cleanouts and small cleanup projects.
What is included in the $219 rate?
The flat rate includes one 8-yard dumpster, 1 ton of material, and a 7-day rental period.
What is the weight limit?
The included weight is 1 ton. The maximum weight capacity is 2 tons.
Do you take roofing, dirt, rock, or concrete?
No roofing jobs. Rock, dirt, and concrete are not accepted unless pre-approved before delivery.
What if I need extra days?
Additional days are $20 per day.
What if my project is too big?
If your project may exceed the 8-yard size or 2-ton weight limit, call or text before booking and we will help you decide if it is a good fit.

We keep our rentals simple and upfront. These terms help make sure delivery, pickup, payment, and disposal go smoothly.

Agreement
By requesting a dumpster from Haul Away Dumpster Rentals, the customer agrees to the following rental terms.
Payment
Payment is due upon delivery of the dumpster unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. The dumpster will not be considered rented or available for use until payment has been received.
Standard Rental
The standard rental includes one 8-yard dumpster, up to 7 rental days, and up to 1 ton of material. The maximum allowed weight is 2 tons.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Weight over 1 ton: $70 per ton
- Rental days beyond the included 7 days: $20 per day
- Travel outside our standard delivery area
- Mountain town or difficult-access deliveries
- Prohibited items, improper loading, or extra handling
Weight Limit
The included weight is 1 ton. The maximum allowed weight is 2 tons. Loads over the included weight will be billed at $70 per ton. Loads over the maximum allowed weight may require material to be removed before pickup or may result in additional charges.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed unless approved in advance:
- Rock
- Dirt
- Concrete
- Roofing material
- Hazardous waste
- Paint
- Chemicals
- Tires
- Batteries
- Appliances containing refrigerant
- Liquids
- Flammable or explosive materials
If prohibited items are placed in the dumpster, the customer is responsible for any additional disposal fees, handling fees, return-trip fees, or other costs caused by those items.
Loading Rules
The dumpster must not be filled above the top edge or fill line. Material must stay inside the dumpster and be safely contained for transport. Overloaded or unsafe loads may need to be corrected before pickup and may result in additional charges.
Delivery & Pickup Access
The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for delivery and pickup. This includes enough space for the truck and dumpster, clear access, and permission to place the dumpster at the requested location.
If we are unable to deliver or pick up the dumpster because of blocked access, unsafe conditions, locked gates, vehicles, low-hanging branches, narrow access, soft ground, or other site issues, additional trip fees may apply.
Driveways & Property Surfaces
Haul Away Dumpster Rentals takes reasonable care during delivery and pickup. However, the customer is responsible for choosing the dumpster placement location and understands that driveways, asphalt, concrete, pavers, landscaping, lawns, gravel, and other surfaces may be affected by the weight of the dumpster, truck, or loaded materials.
Rental Period
The standard rental period is 7 days. If the customer needs additional time, they should contact Haul Away Dumpster Rentals before the scheduled pickup date. Additional days are billed at $20 per day.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply if the truck is already en route or if a delivery attempt has been made.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the contents of the dumpster while it is at their location. The customer agrees not to move the dumpster, overload it, place prohibited materials inside it, or allow others to misuse it.
Acceptance
By submitting a request, accepting delivery, or using the dumpster, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts responsibility for payment, proper loading, site access, and any additional charges that may apply.
